Chilled Cucumber Soup

 I attempted to make a Chilled Cucumber soup for my family.  The adults liked it... the kids... not so much. It was a bit too tart for them.  I am trying to get my kids to eat a wide range of food.  I guess this was a bit to "wide range" for them.
